. This article aims to accurately explain the theoretical and ontological foundations of the Quran-based humanities and to provide a clear framework for transforming Quranic concepts into practical models in fields such as economics, psychology, and Islamic sociology. The main issue is to present a coherent model to explain the characteristics of the worlds of existence and transform them into indicators of the humanities based on Quranic principles in order to reduce the theoretical and strategic vacuum in the field of Islamic humanities. The method of this research is descriptive-analytical and the data have been collected and interpreted with an ijtihad approach and content analysis of the texts of the Quran and Sunnah. While comparative examining philosophical and Western perspectives on ontology, the Quranic-based approach was extracted and analyzed in accordance with the needs of the humanities. The study shows that the Quranic-based approach, by emphasizing the three realms of existence (Mulk, Malkut, and Jabrout), provides the possibility of presenting a new perspective on human concepts such as nature, free will, and purposefulness. These features in modeling the humanities give an important place to the "holistic human" based on revelation and the manifestation of divine goals, and lead to the redefinition of fundamental concepts in psychology, economics, and sociology from a monotheistic perspective. The results of the research indicate that extracting behavioral indicators and practical models from the ontological foundations of the Quran has the potential to become practical models of the humanities.
